IT BECAME clear last night, if there had been any doubt, that Britain has another Olympic champion in the making in Robin Cousins. His third place in the European figure skating championships, behind Jan Hoffman (East Germany) and Vladimir Kovalev (Soviet Union), points to the possibility of a spectacular victory at Lake Placid in 1980.
