EVERTON are this week's bankers following a good few days for Davie Moyes' side which saw them record comfortable wins over Blackburn in the league then Hull City in the Carling Cup.
When the bookies first priced Everton's trip to Porstmouth at the beginning of the week they went odds-against the Goodison side emerging with three points from Fratton Park, possibly factoring in the possibility that they would experience a tough midweek Carling Cup tie at the KC Stadium. However, the game was over inside 15 minutes, and on the back of that 4-0 win, Everton have been well- backed already to add to Pompey's misery in today's lunchtime match.
