The British soldier who became the 100th member of UK forces to be killed in the Sangin area of southern Afghanistan has been named as Bombardier Samuel Robinson.

The serviceman, from 5th Regiment Royal Artillery, died after being hit by an explosion while on a foot patrol on Thursday.
