A LEADING City banker claims he was forced out of his job because he is not German and is demanding GBP 10 million compensation for racial discrimination.

Malcolm Perry, a former managing director and global head of fixed income, told an employment tribunal that he was sidelined by Dresdner Kleinwort in London, and then made redundant because his bosses wanted to "turn it back into a German bank".
