JUST like supergroups in rock music, a glut of individual talents in a football team doesn't always offer a guarantee of superiority. While Barcelona brought the Fantastic Four to Celtic Park last night for an absorbing and pulsating contest in the Champions League, it took a stirring first-half performance from Gordon Strachan's men to make the 'fantasticos' strut their stuff.

In the end, Barcelona were equal to the challenge and a brace from Lionel Messi, a goal from Thierry Henry and a resurgent performance from Ronaldinho earned a merited victory. Although Barcelona enjoyed a huge advantage in terms of possession, the intricacy of their build-up wasn't always as effective as Celtic's surging counter-attacks.
