TONY Blair warned yesterday that community relations in Britain would deteriorate if MPs rejected his anti- terrorism legislation.

Failure to make glorification of terrorism an offence would be an "abrogation of duty", the Prime Minister told delegates at Labour's conference in Blackpool.
