BRITAIN'S biggest cash-and-carry chain marked its latest rise in profits with a GBP14.5 million deal to buy a fine-dining supplier to the catering trade.
Booker's purchase of Ritter-Courivaud emerged as it reported that pre-tax profits jumped to GBP36.9m in the six months to 10 September, up from GBP29.7m a year ago as total sales lifted 5.5 per cent to GBP1.7 billion.See the full content of this document
