THE concept of the Rush Hour concert suits Edinburgh to a T. It's hardly a new idea. The Scottish Chamber Orchestra's excellent CL@SIX series, set up a couple of years ago to run on periodic Tuesdays at St Cuthbert's Church, may seem to have set the mould through its popularised programming. But around the city in tucked-away venues - many ecclesiastical - there have always been sporadic teatime concert series aimed at stalling the homeward journey of working Edinburghers. So the introduction next week of yet another short- burst city-centre series will not exactly be breaking new ground.
