THE "evil" killer of Polish student Angelika Kluk will almost certainly never taste freedom again, after he was jailed yesterday for at least 21 years.

Peter Tobin, 60, appeared unconcerned and leaned casually on the rail of the dock in the High Court in Edinburgh as the judge, Lord Menzies, described as "inhuman" his murder of "an innocent young woman with her whole life ahead of her".
