SCOTLAND'S most respected independent think-tank, the Fraser of Allander Institute, yesterday cast serious doubts on the accuracy of the Scottish Executive's new GDP estimates - suggesting that Scotland may be growing slower than the UK average, rather than faster as ministers have claimed.
The Executive announced in February that it had made sweeping revisions to its measures of the country's gross value added.
