ALMOST half of Scottish businesses lack the financial and human resources to allow them to address climate change, according to a new study by KPMG.
The poll of small to medium-sized businesses shows that nine out of ten organisations feel it is the responsibility of all businesses to take seriously the issue of climate change, but 43 per cent cite lack of financial and physical resources for not doing more.See the full content of this document
