Essentially an aerobic workout which uses the pram as resistance, or a stretching aid, powerpramming helps mums get into shape without having to incur the expense of a creche.
Devised by fitness expert Liz Stuart when she was looking for a way to get fit after the birth of her first child, powerpramming has taken off in parks across London. While classes are only available in England, there is no reason why you can't try it yourself.
