FORT William's largest single employer has been bought in a move which saves more than 80 jobs in the Highland town.

Last September there was consternation at the planned closure of the Corpach Paper Mill by paper giant Arjo Wiggins - but yesterday the plant was bought by BSW Timber, the UK's largest sawmilling group, which will now redevelop and expand the site. The company also anticipates a further 100 indirect jobs within its supply and distribution chain.
