DOES everyone dread returning to work after a holiday, or is it just me? Oh, not the part about setting an alarm and resuming long hours in the office. I mean the actual return. Maybe it's my inherent shyness (stop laughing), but I feel a bit goofy, abashed by the friendly welcome and, lately, the sense I'm letting everyone down when I say: "No, I didn't have a good time."
We've just had a fortnight off. We decided not to go away, but our grand designs for home renovation fell by the wayside. All we managed was a half-hearted flip through some paint samples.See the full content of this document
