RYANAIR is to face a fresh European Commission investigation into subsidised landing fees - this time at France's publicly-owned Pau airport.

Just two days after a landmark ruling form Brussels over illegal incentives awarded to the Irish carrier by Charleroi airport, near Brussels, Ryanair confirmed that a new complaint had been made.
