THE hearing of a GBP 130 million "misrepresentation" lawsuit over the sale of Sir Fraser Morrison's Edinburgh-based construction business to the AWG utilities group was postponed at the 11th hour yesterday because it was claimed the judge assigned to hear the case was a friend of one of the principal witnesses.
