WHAT is it about rugby that seems to unsettle the minds of those who run the game and make intelligent co-operation apparently impossible?
We have here the continuing story of the Reivers and the SRU. Nothing much more to be said about that meantime, though I can't forbear to comment on last Monday's Press release from Murrayfield. The players, we were assured, want to play "in a modern atmospheric stadium".
