SHOULD there be a separate Scottish team at the 2012 London Olympics? Or, for that matter, English and Welsh ones?
For most of us, including many SNP voters, raising this issue just as we are celebrating Team GB's stunning success in Beijing smacks of sour grapes. Whatever the merits or demerits of separate Scottish representation, the issue is a very theoretical one and trying to discuss it now is a pointless political diversion when Scots should be clapping their hands at the hard work of all those athletes from the UK who won gold, silver and bronze over the course of the last two weeks.See the full content of this document
