THE leader of one of Scotland's smallest councils has warned front-line services could be hit as the authority battles to find more than GBP 20 million in savings over the next four years.
The warning was delivered by George McIntyre, the convener of Moray Council, at a special meeting of the authority in Elgin to discuss the threat of a 10 per cent cutback in government funding support.See the full content of this document
