A COMMITTEE of MSPs has given broad support to the Scottish Executive's plans to implement European farm policy reform from next year, which will separate subsidies from production.
But the environment and rural development committee, in a report published yesterday, disagreed with "national envelope" plans to help cushion beef farmers through the change.
