BRITISH Airways carried slightly more passengers last month than in November 2006, figures yesterday revealed.
The 0.1 per cent rise - from 2.51 million in November 2006 to 2.52 million in November 2007 - came despite BA saying it had suffered "some weakness" on first-class and business-class short- haul traffic. The airline also said that the one carry-on bag rule - due to be eased next month - had continued to "have an effect", but that first-class and business-class passenger numbers on long-haul routes continued to be strong.
