FOUR Edinburgh and Scotland players were in Elgin yesterday backing the SRU's bid to develop rugby in the north-east of Scotland.
Around 80 youngsters aged between eight and 15 were taking part in one of three SRU rugby camps, hosted at Moray rugby club in Elgin, where the accent is on mixing rugby skills with fun games. Chris Paterson, Scotland's most-capped international, turned up yesterday with fellow-caps Dave Callam and Ross Rennie, and Scotland 7s international of the season, Roddy Grant, joining in with the on- field action before answering questions, signing autographs and having their pictures taken.See the full content of this document
