GLASGOW have been boosted for their trip to the Borders tomorrow by the return of captain Jon Petrie from a lengthy absence through injury.
As reported in this paper last week, Glasgow coach Hugh Campbell and Petrie had targeted this seasonal derby in the Celtic League as a realistic date to press the former Scotland skipper back into action after four months out with a shoulder injury. The back-row forward injured a shoulder in the first match of the season, against Newport-Gwent Dragons in early September, and has undergone surgery and intensive physio rehabilitation since.See the full content of this document
