ISOBEL Allan, a full-time carer for her daughter Susie, 29, who has profound learning difficulties, says she often feels frustrated at how suggestions from carers are ignored.
Mrs Allan, 61, from Cambuslang in Glasgow, said: "I keep asking why the hospital can't issue us with a pager when we come for an appointment. Susie screams a lot and I could take her away from the main waiting area and get paged when she is about to be seen."See the full content of this document
