POLITICIANS and campaigners voiced their anger yesterday after it emerged that a decision to issue Prince Harry with a legal caution was overturned by a senior manager at the Crown Prosecution Service.
The prince, third in line to the throne, had been due to receive a caution after being involved in a scuffle with a photographer outside a London nightclub in October.
