RELIANCE Security, the controversial prisoner-escort firm, continued to face serious criticism last night, after it emerged that another prisoner had been released in error from a Scottish court.

The Scottish Prison Service (SPS) confirmed that a seventh prisoner, named as Joseph Finnan, 20, was mistakenly allowed to walk free from court at Hamilton, where he had been scheduled yesterday to make two separate court appearances.
