A CHARITY worker banned from driving for speeding had the disqualification lifted by appeal judges yesterday.

Elizabeth Gardiner, 54, founded Fablevision, which helps disadvantaged youngsters, more than 25 years ago. The judges were told that the charity might fold should she be unable to drive.
