ONE of Scotland's most upmarket restaurants has entered into a formal insolvency agreement to delay payments to its creditors after the business ran into cashflow problems.

Chef Tony Singh, who owns Oloroso in Edinburgh, told The Scotsman he was forced to enter a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) with Glasgow-based MLM Insolvency after HBOS withdrew his GBP 50,000 overdraft earlier this year.
