THE full scale of public disillusionment with devolution was laid bare yesterday as a new survey showed that three quarters of the population do not think the Scottish Parliament has benefited them.
A study for The Scotsman by Glasgow-based market research company MRUK Ltd found that 75 per cent of Scots disagreed with the statement that Holyrood "had a positive impact" on their lives.
