SCOTTISH Financial Enterprise has called on the European Commission for vigilance against what it claims is frustrating activity" by local regulators.
SFE, in its response to the EC's asset management green paper this week, says this activity attempts to exclude new financial entrants from other European member states by a logjam of "additional local requirements".See the full content of this document
