CHIEF McConnell's trip to Malawi left Shaman Wallace to take care of tribal health fears at Holyrood question time. He did it well. That benign, slightly goofy, smile and avuncular manner conceal an under-rated master of the evil arts of avoiding the question and bamboozling the opposition while distilling a little venom in passing.
