THE pace of change shows no sign of slackening. Bilious yellow metal notices are once more blossoming on lamp-posts in our area, which would seem to proclaim that further traffic calming is afoot.
We were calmed a few months ago and it's hard to believe that traffic around here is so excited it has to be calmed any more. Things are in danger of becoming soporific as it is and once the initial rage encouraged by the original calming has subsided completely, so the risk of drivers nodding off at the wheel is liable to increase.See the full content of this document
