A SOLICITOR who was "hopelessly incompetent" at running a business has been struck off for professional misconduct.

John Atuahene's partner, Richard Thorburn, was also thrown out of the profession by the Scottish Solicitors' Discipline Tribunal, which said the men were "totally incapable of properly running a practice".
