THE SCOTTISH Rugby Union has turned to New Zealand for inspiration to drive forward the Scottish game by appointing Graham Lowe to the new position of director of performance rugby.
The 38-year-old Kiwi is a former national fitness advisor for the New Zealand RFU and fitness, strength and conditioning coach to the All Blacks, but comes to Murrayfield from the BMW Oracle Racing team that competes in world-class yachting events, where he has been physical performance manager for the past year.See the full content of this document
