MICHAEL Stewart is in the last year of his present contract with Hearts, and is therefore free to talk to other clubs from the beginning of January. But despite the fact that a possible new direction in his career could be little more than two months away, the midfielder is insistent that as things stand he has no interest in moving on from Tynecastle.
The Hearts captain this season, Stewart has played his part in his team's recovery from a disappointing start in which they lost their opening two league games and were knocked out of the Europa Cup by Dinamo Zagreb.
