GORDON Strachan may have witnessed his biggest domestic victory as Celtic manager yesterday but he was anything but satisfied with his team's performance. Clearly feeling the clean sheet recorded in the 4-0 defeat of Dunfermline at East End Park was extremely fortunate, Strachan delivered a withering assessment of his players' defensive discipline.
"I was quite disappointed really," said Strachan. "I know we scored goals, but I felt we left the defending to individuals at times. We should be working as a unit all the time, but we left Bobo Balde and Artur Boruc to clear up a lot of things which shouldn't have happened. Allowing that amount of crosses to come into your box isn't right and we have to look at that. The defending left a lot to be desired.See the full content of this document
