Sword Snaps Up Real Time in Gbp 15m Deal

Summary


GLASGOW-based IT services company, Real Time Engineering, has been snapped up by a French group in a deal believed to be worth up to GBP 15 million.

Managing director Gerry Docherty and fellow founding directors Iain Sinclair, James Henderson and Andrew Wilder, who own most of the company, stand to gain large windfalls from the all-cash sale to the Lyon-based Sword Group.
