THIS week's column starts with a friendly warning: I fully intend to make use of this space to complain, moan and otherwise vent my spleen about how unfair life is. Still here? Clearly you are as masochistic as I am. On with the rant.
Three weeks ago I wrote about how I had suffered a nasty cold and chest infection, which meant that I hadn't been able to exercise for a couple of weeks.
