Michelle Reeves describes her home, Kinrara on Institution Road in Elgin, as having "nice bones" and it is easy to see what she means. The quality of this house shines through, although it has had a little cosmetic surgery since she and her husband Steve took over.

The house, which they bought in 2001, has many of the underlying features that families want; it is in a very desirable area, just a quarter of a mile from the centre of town, but has a huge front and back garden and plenty of parking. It is a period home, dating from around 1845, so has the best of both the end of the Georgian era and the beginning of the Victorian in its design, which makes for a very pretty and symmetrical house indeed.
