Summary
As refurbs go, this was always going to be a fairly major undertaking. The redevelopment of a 1970s office building, called Croythorn House, sitting in the otherwise largely residential area of Edinburgh's Ravelston, caused some controversy along the way, but the building is just about finished and the show apartment has now opened. For months now, neighbours have watched the old office block disappear as the undulating glass facade took shape and now they can see what the renamed XXIII Ravelston Terrace looks like on the inside.
The development, by Sundial and the Kilmartin Property Group, has been formally launched to the public and the apartments are selling fast, despite prices being among the most expensive ever to go on the market in Edinburgh.See the full content of this document
