CHORION has finalised long-running negotiations to buy the Mr Men business from the family of the late author, Roger Hargreaves. Noddy owner Chorion is to pay GBP 28 million for all rights to the characters and is raising GBP 16.5m through a share placing at 203p. Chorion shares rose 8.5p to 215p.
