TELECOM Service Centres (TSC), Scotland's largest contact centre operator, increased its turnover and profit last year and has new finance in place to continue that growth next year.
The Rothesay-based firm saw a 48 per cent rise in turnover to GBP 43.4 million in its latest set of accounts, which delivered pre-tax profits of GBP 1.9m, against a GBP 1.7m loss last time.See the full content of this document
