New Website Lists Missing Sex Offenders in an Effort to Locate Them
Gordon Stewart, 29, a member of the travelling community, was convicted last year and put on the Sex Offenders' Register for seven years. Stewart, who also has connections in Herefordshire, and has operated in central, north and north-west England, has failed to register his whereabouts, as required by the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
