Solstice aims to offer plain, wholesome fare of a standard not found on the high street or in supermarkets. Founder Philip Britten has spent five years supplying London's restaurants, but formerly worked as head chef at the Michelin-starred Capital Hotel. The offerings are too numerous to list, but include baby Morcilla black pudding from Spain; sweet British cavolo nero (black cabbage); Italian smoked tuna and hot Tunisian harissa.
