JASON White, Scotland's powerhouse flanker, is hopeful supporters will see a more exciting and attacking game with Ireland in Dublin on Saturday, but warned his men yesterday not to expect to emerge victorious simply because of the Calcutta Cup result.

The Scotland captain has appeared before the media on several occasions during the RBS Six Nations Championship and is a more contemplative character than Frank Hadden, his talkative coach, and Nathan Hines and Scott Murray, his garrulous team-mates who entertained at the team announcement on Tuesday.
