ONE of Aberdeen's best-known landmarks, the Wellington Suspension Bridge, which closed to the public on safety grounds four years ago, is set to reopen.

The A-listed bridge was built in 1831 to link Torry and Ferryhill across the River Dee and is a familiar sight to rail travellers as they approach the city's station.
